Exchange / Return items
We inspect every item before packing, but if there's a problem, please report immediately.
Return Conditions
• Report within 3 days from the date of receiving the parcel, along with an unboxing video
• The item must be in its original condition, not used, with complete packaging and accessories
• In case of a defective item due to manufacturing or wrong model, the store is responsible for the return shipping cost in full
• In case of a change of heart, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost both ways
